For larger groups or families seeking greater privacy, there is also the option to rent an independent 90 m² cottage located at the rear of the garden, ideal for 2 adults and 1 child.

                            Check-in & checkout instructions

                            Check-in

                            Check in starts at 4;00 pm.

                            Please revise the inventory within 24 hours of checking in, make sure you take pictures and notify us of any missing items and damage. This way, you can avoid paying a fine at the end of your lease.

                            Check-out

                            We kindly ask that you check out of the house before 10am. This will ensure that we have time to properly clean the house in preparation for other guests checking in.

                            Please let know us your exact checkout time to ensure the presence of somebody to check the house & to give you the security deposit.

                            We ask you to leave the dishwasher empty and to take out the trash.

                            House rules

                            3*Please report damages immediately.

                            *Our home is a non-smoking environment.

                            *This is not a party house.

                            *While we do love furry friends, this is not a pet-friendly property.

                            *Make sure the area around the fireplace is clear of anything that is potentially flammable.

                            *Never leave a fire in the fireplace unattended. Make sure it is completely out before going to bed or leaving the house.

                            *For your safety, please turn on the alarms and lock the doors when you go out and before going to bed.

                            *Wash and pack away all dishes before checking out.

                            *Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms. 

                            *Please don’t take out furniture outside.

                            *If you would like to invite friends or family members over, kindly contact us first to let us know. A maximum of 3 visitors is allowed per day, and overnight visitors should pay an extra nightly rate. MAXIMUM 10 people (13 with second house).

                            *While we want you to have a great time, please also be mindful of the neighbors on both sides of the house. Quiet hours are between 10 p.m and 9 a.m. All music must be switched off by 10 p.m, and noise levels are to be minimized.

                            *We are not responsible for personal belongings, it is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that their items are safe and secure while they are away from home.

                            *It is also important for guests to make sure that they have adequate insurance coverage for property damage, personal belongings and personal injury.
